About Bartello Stockholm
Bartello Stockholm was created out of a shared love for beautiful details, textiles, and products that make everyday life feel a little more thoughtful.
We, Nenna and Eva, got to know each other through our mutual interest in horses and dressage. That was also where the foundation for Bartello Stockholm grew – from many conversations, shared ideas, and a longing to create something together.
The name Bartello comes from a very special dressage horse – a beautiful and expressive horse with many qualities: elegance, strength, balance, and personality. Qualities that in many ways also reflect what we want Bartello Stockholm to stand for – thoughtful design, quality, and an expression with its own character.
We share a strong interest in form, color, and function and wanted to create a brand where the decorative gets to take center stage, even in the most everyday objects. The result was Bartello Stockholm – a Swedish design brand focusing on textile and decorative products.
The first collection consists of fabric-covered hangers for adults and children, but our ambition is greater than that. Bartello will grow with more products that combine function with a personal, timeless, and Scandinavian expression.
Nenna Stetter
With a long-standing background as an artist, designer, and interior decorator, Nenna Stetter has a deeply rooted eye for color, form, and harmony. For a long time, she has worked on transforming environments and creating art that touches people.
"Being a co-founder of Bartello Stockholm is a fantastic opportunity to bring together my artistic vision with practical design. My goal is for us to create products that are not only beautiful to look at, but that also have an obvious function and enrich people's everyday lives."
Eva Ström
Eva has a background in marketing, business development, and brand building, and has spent many years working on developing customer experiences, communication, and strong brands.
"At Bartello Stockholm, I get to combine my interest in design, color, textiles, and details with my experience in turning ideas into reality. For me, Bartello is about creating beautiful, well-thought-out products that both serve a purpose and add something extra to everyday life."
