Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within Sweden and the EU.

Sweden

Standard shipping: SEK 65
Express shipping: SEK 99

Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days from the time the order has been processed and dispatched. Express delivery may be faster depending on the delivery address and carrier.

Nordic countries and neighbouring EU countries

(Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania)

Shipping: Up to SEK 199

Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days from the time the order has been dispatched.

Other EU countries

Shipping: Up to SEK 249

Estimated delivery time is approximately 4–10 business days from the time the order has been dispatched.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to Sweden and selected countries within the EU. If your country is not available as an option at checkout, this means that we do not currently offer delivery there.

Order processing

We normally process orders within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand, promotions or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when placing an order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an uncollected shipment or another circumstance outside Bartello Stockholm’s control, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Delays

The delivery times stated above are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather conditions, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.
