Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed in the online store. For customers in Sweden and the EU, prices include applicable VAT.

Orders and order confirmation
Once you have completed a purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.

We reserve the right to contact the customer or cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud or if, unexpectedly, an item is unavailable.
Delivery
We currently deliver within Sweden and to selected countries within the EU.

Returns and right of withdrawal
Bartello Stockholm offers a 30-day return policy in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy.
For online purchases, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Claims regarding defective goods
If an item is defective, damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us at info@bartellostockholm.com as soon as possible.
For an approved claim, Bartello Stockholm will cover the costs necessary to remedy the defect.

Minor variations in materials, fabrics, pattern placement and finish may occur and are a natural part of the character of our products.
